In a stunning testament to innovation and design, East & West Aluminum Craft has just completed a remarkable project that has left architects, developers, project managers, design leads, and contractors in awe. Located inside the thriving Brentwood Town Centre mall, this two-year endeavour has set an unprecedented benchmark for architectural excellence.
Phase One featured 11 towers on a 28-acre site, hosting over 250 shops and 6,000 homes. Among these, two residential towers reached a height of 612 feet across 56 storeys each, while a third, at 597 feet and 55 storeys, offered a versatile mix of residential and office spaces. It’s an impressive achievement that defines the dynamism of the Brentwood Project.
East & West Aluminum Craft’s expertise in Aluminum + Glass Railings, Aluminum Picket Railings, Powder Coat Trellises, and Custom Designs played a crucial role in the success of Phase One. Moving forward, Phase Two, which encompasses Towers 5 and 6, is set to introduce an additional 506 homes, including 53 affordable housing units, 21 market rentals, and 369 market condominiums. It will also contribute 8,800 square feet of commercial space. But first, let’s take a closer look at the success of Phase One.
